Variable Valve Timing Actuator Assembly Note
1. Install the variable valve timing actuator using a new tightening bolt.





2. Secure the camshaft sprocket in a vise using the SST.
3. Tighten the variable valve timing actuator tightening bolt in two steps.
1) Tighten to 40 N-m (4.1 kgf-m, 29.5 ft-lbf).
2) Tighten 90°.
