1) Turn ON the ignition switch.
2) Check the SRS airbag warning light. Does the warning light turn OFF after illuminating for 6 seconds?

Go to Intermittent conditions of SRS control.

=>Go to SRS control unit power supply voltage inspection.
1) Turn OFF the ignition switch.
2) Disconnect the SRS control unit harness connector (B9).
3) Turn ON the ignition switch.
4) Measure the voltage of the power supply circuit (pins 8 and 15 of B9) with a DMM. Is the voltage normal?

=>Go to SRS control unit harness connector inspection.

Repair the circuit as necessary.

1) Turn OFF the ignition switch.
2) Disconnect the SRS control unit harness connector (B9).
3) Inspect the connection status of the SRS control unit harness connector terminals (pins 8 and 15 of B9). Is the connection status normal?

Repair the circuit as necessary.
1) Turn OFF the ignition switch.
2) Securely connect all of the disconnected harness connectors.
3) Turn ON the ignition switch.
4) Check the SRS airbag warning light. Does the warning light turn OFF after illuminating for 6 seconds?
Yes
Go to Intermittent conditions of SRS control.
Refer to "209.Restraints 22D.Symptom Intermittent conditions of SRS control".
No
=>Go to Instrument panel cluster warning light operation inspection.
1) Turn OFF the ignition switch.
2) Turn ON the ignition switch.
3) Inspect the operation of the other warning lights excluding the SRS airbag warning light. Is the result normal?
Yes
=>Go to SRS control unit replacement.
No
Replace the instrument panel cluster as necessary.

Procedure completion
1) Securely connect the disconnected harness connectors.
2) Turn OFF the ignition switch for 15 seconds or more.
3) Perform a test drive.
4) Check the SRS airbag warning light, as well as the vehicle behavior and drivability. Does the vehicle run properly without the SRS airbag warning light illuminating or a DTC being set?
Yes
The system is normal.
No
