DTC B1E07[09] Transponder Failure (Wireless Access Module (Hi-version [Passive Entry and Start System]))

1. Wireless access module system check

Refer to "71.Security and Locks Control 10S.Troubleshooting(Wireless Access Module (Hi-version [Passive Entry and Start System])) Diagnostic system check-Wireless Access Module (Hi-version[Passive Entry and Start System])".

2. Electronic key ID programming

1) Perform programming of the electronic key ID in the wireless access module.

Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9J.Security and Locks Electronic key setting".

If there is an electronic key that will not let the electronic key ID be programmed

Replace the applicable electronic key.

Note

  • After an electronic key is replaced, perform the Erase Electronic KEY and then perform programming.

Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9J.Security and Locks Electronic key setting".

=>Go to Repair verification.

If all electronic key IDs cannot be programmed

=>Go to Wireless access module replacement.

3. Wireless access module replacement

Note

  • After replacing the wireless access module, programming must be performed.

Procedure completion

=>Go to Repair verification.

4. Repair verification

1) Clear the DTC with a scan tool.

2) Turn OFF the ignition switch.

3) Start the engine with all electronic keys.

4) Observe the DTC information with a scan tool.
