REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SHORT-CORD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts.

1.  Rear combination light (See REAR COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Tonneau cover (with tonneau cover) (See TONNEAU COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Trunk board (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Bass-box (with Bose®)(See BASS-BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Sub-trunk (See SUB-TRUNK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

6.  Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

7.  Rear scuff plate (See REAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Partially peel back the trunk side trim. (See TRUNK SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect the connector.

5.  Press the grommet to the outside from inside the body and remove the rear combination light short-cord.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
