REMOTE TUNER (RT) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(E)]

1.  Disconnect the negative lead-acid battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE LEAD-ACID BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Rear package tray (See REAR PACKAGE TRAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Trunk side upper trim (RH) (See TRUNK SIDE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Rear pillar trim (RH) (See REAR PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Disconnect the connectors.

4.  Remove the bolts.

5.  Remove the screw.

6.  Remove the remote tuner.

7.  To remove brackets A and B, use the following procedure.

(1)  Remove the screws.

(2)  Remove bracket A.

(3)  Remove the screws.

(4)  Remove bracket B.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
