Warning

•  If the front radar sensor is installed at an incorrect angle, the front radar sensor cannot detect obstructions correctly and the system may not operate normally. When installing the front radar sensor, make sure that the installation part (front bumper) is not damaged or deformed, and then install it correctly.

•  If the area around the front radar sensor is subjected to impact, the front radar sensor angle could change and obstacles may not be detected normally, which could result in an accident. In this case, always verify the DTC, perform the front radar sensor aiming, and verify that the installation angle is correct. (See FRONT RADAR SENSOR AIMING.) 1.  Disconnect the negative lead-acid battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE LEAD-ACID BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the front bumper.(See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(E)].)

3.  Disconnect the connectors.

4.  Remove the fasteners.

5.  Remove the lower seal plate.

6.  Remove the nuts.

7.  Remove the front radar sensor.

8.  Remove the bolts.

9.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

10.  Perform the 360°view monitor system aiming. (with 360°view monitor system) (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING.)

11.  Perform the front radar sensor/front side radar sensor aiming. (With front side radar sensor) (See FRONT RADAR SENSOR/FRONT SIDE RADAR SENSOR AIMING.)

12.  Perform the front radar sensor aiming. (Without front side radar sensor) (See FRONT RADAR SENSOR AIMING.)
