1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Trunk covering (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(2)  Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(3)  Rear combination light (See REAR COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(4)  Rear splash shield (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(5)  Rear bumper (See REAR BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Disconnect the connector.

4.  Remove the nuts.

5.  Remove the theft-deterrent siren.

6.  Disconnect the connector.

7.  Remove the nut.

8.  Remove the theft-deterrent siren.

9.  Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the position shown in the figure.

10.  Move the tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure to press the connector tab, and pull it in the direction of arrow (2) to detach the connector from the bracket.

11.  Remove the short wiring harness.

12.  Remove the bracket.

13.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

14.  Perform the rear side radar sensor aiming adjustment. (with rear side radar sensor) (See FRONT SIDE/REAR SIDE RADAR SENSOR AIMING.)

15.  Perform the 360° monitor system aiming. (With 360° view monitor system) (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING.)

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Rear package tray (See REAR PACKAGE TRAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(2)  Trunk covering (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(3)  Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(4)  Trunk side upper trim (See TRUNK SIDE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(5)  Rear combination light (See REAR COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(6)  Rear splash shield (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
(7)  Rear bumper (See REAR BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Disconnect the connector.

4.  Remove the nuts.

5.  Remove the theft-deterrent siren.

6.  Disconnect the connector.

7.  Remove the nut.

8.  Remove the theft-deterrent siren.

9.  Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the position shown in the figure.

10.  Move the tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure to press the connector tab, and pull it in the direction of arrow (2) to detach the connector from the bracket.

11.  Remove the short wiring harness.

12.  Remove the bracket.

13.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

14.  Perform the rear side radar sensor aiming adjustment. (with rear side radar sensor) (See FRONT SIDE/REAR SIDE RADAR SENSOR AIMING.)

15.  Perform the 360° monitor system aiming. (With 360° view monitor system) (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING.)
