HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [MZR 1.6].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 1.5, SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].) 2.  Remove the set plate. (See SET PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL.)(See FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION.)

4.  While pressing clip A tabs in the direction of arrows (1) shown in the figure, press clip A in the direction of arrow (2) to remove clip A from the front turn light.

5.  Remove clip B from the front bumper.

6.  Remove the headlight cleaner hose from the hooks.

7.  Disconnect the joint pipes from the headlight cleaner actuator. (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

8.  Remove the headlight cleaner hose.

9.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
