HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5].) (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo].) 2.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the headlight cleaner cover. (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Release the tab shown in the figure in the direction of the arrow (1), pull up the headlight cleaner hose in the direction of the arrow (2), and remove the headlight cleaner hose from the headlight cleaner actuator.

5.  Move the bracket in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure while pulling it in the direction of the arrow (1) avoiding the projection, and remove the bracket from the headlight cleaner actuator.

6.  Slide the cover in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure.

7.  Press tab A of the headlight cleaner actuator in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure and remove the headlight actuator from the front bumper in the direction of the arrow (2) while avoiding tab B.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
