HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5].) (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo].) (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.5, MZR 1.6].) (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0].)

2.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the clips shown in the figure.

4.  Release the hook A in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure and remove the wiring harness in the direction of the arrow (2).

5.  Release the hook B in the direction of the arrow (3) shown in the figure and remove the wiring harness in the direction of the arrow (4).

6.  Release the tab shown in the figure in the direction of the arrow (1), pull up the headlight cleaner hose in the direction of the arrow (2), and remove the headlight cleaner hose from the headlight cleaner actuator.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
