OIL CONTROL VALVE (OCV) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts.

• Plug hole plate (See PLUG HOLE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [LF, L3].)

• Ignition coils (See IGNITION COIL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [LF, L3].)

• Oil control valve (OCV) connector

• Ventilation hose

• Cylinder head cover (See Cylinder Head Cover Installation Note.)

• Oil control valve (OCV)

3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque

8.0-11.5 N·m {81.6-117.2 kgf·cm, 70.9-101.7 in·lbf}
