Detection Condition

Illumination command signal from ABS HU/CM or DSC HU/CM continues for 20 s or more

Possible Causes

ABS HU/CM or DSC HU/CM malfunction

Diagnostic Procedure

Step	Inspection		Action
1	INSPECT BATTERY • Using the M-MDS, perform the PID/data monitor inspection and verify the battery voltage. (See PID/DATA MONITOR INSPECTION [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER].) ― VPWR (See PID/DATA MONITOR TABLE [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER].) • Is the voltage 11 V or more?	Yes	Go to the next step.
1		No	• Inspect the battery. (See BATTERY INSPECTION [L8, LF, L5].) (See BATTERY INSPECTION [MZR-CD (RF Turbo)].) (See BATTERY INSPECTION [MZR-CD 2.2].) • Go to the next step.
1	INSPECT ABS HU/CM FOR MALFUNCTION • Switch the ignition to off. • Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2. • Perform the ABS HU/CM or DSC HU/CM DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [ABS].) (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)].) • Is the DTC displayed again?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [ABS].) (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)].)
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE RECORDED • Clear DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER].) • Perform the instrument cluster DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER].) • Is DTC U0415:92 displayed?	Yes	Replace the ABS HU/CM or DSC HU/CM. (See ABS HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.) (See DSC HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
