Exhaust Gas Recirculation: Service and Repair
EGR Switch-over Valve:
1.
Remove cover over headlamp.
2.
Disconnect electrical connection.
3.
Mark for location and disconnect the vacuum lines.
4.
Remove fastening nut. Pay attention to the washer.
5.
Remove the valve with the bracket.
6.
Install in reverse order.
7.
Check for fault codes in the LH control module. Reset if needed.
