Spark Plug: Service and Repair
Spark Plug Cover (21):
1. Remove the spark plug access cover (21) from the cylinder head cover.
2. Loosen the spark plug connectors by turning right and left and pull off of the spark plug.
3. Blow out the spark plug reccess with compressed air.
4. With an appropriate spark plug socket wrench remove the spark plugs.
Spark Plug Location:
5. On new spark plugs, set plug gap to:
0.8 mm (0.031 in.)
6. Reinstall the spark plugs in reverse manner. Torque the spark plugs to:
18.5 - 22 ft. lbs. (25 - 30 Nm)
