Remove/Install Fuse Box In Trunk









Removal, installation
1.1 Remove rear seat
- Sedan

1.2 Fold rear seat forward and remove battery compartment cover
- T-model

2 Disconnect ground cable from battery


CAUTION: Insulate cable terminal on ground lead for protection against unintentional contact between disconnected ground lead and ground connection point W10


3 Unclip fuse blocks (A, B and C)
4 Unscrew nuts (1)
5 Remove rear fuse box (F4)


NOTE: For this purpose guide fuse blocks (A and B) downward out of fuse box


6 Disconnect leads on fuse boxes or fuse blocks
Refer to Special Tool below


CAUTION: Disconnect leads only when changing entire fuse box. To avoid mix-ups bind disconnected leads for individual fuse blocks together and mark.


Connect leads on fuse boxes or fuse blocks

7 Reinstall in opposite order
