1 Detach cover (1) from SAM control unit (N10).
Installation: Check sealing ring in cover (1) and replace if necessary.
2 Pull starter circuit 50 relay (F58kM) out of slot "M" on SAM control unit (N10).
3 Open cap (2a) on prefuse box at the front (2).
4 Mount connection line (3) for compression recorder on prefuse box at the front (2).
5 Connect compression recorder with adapter line (4) from the electrical connection kit to slot "87" (see arrow) for SAM control unit (N10).
The slot allocations are on the starter circuit 50 relay (F58kM).
The electrical feed line must not be inserted into slot 87a.
A fuse can burn out otherwise.
