Removing and Installing Heater




Removing And Installing Heater

Remove passenger airbag.
Remove instrument cluster.
Remove heater control panel.
Remove instrument panel trim storage tray (drivers side).
Remove instrument panel trim.







Remove screws (1).
Tightening torque 3 Nm.







Disconnect connector (1).







Release connector (1) from holder (2) on cross beam.







Remove screws (1).
Tightening torque 4 Nm.







Remove screws (1).
Tightening torque 4 Nm.







Vehicles fitted with automatic air conditioner only:
Disconnect solar sensor connector (1).


CAUTION!
Heater will require two people for removal.


Remove heater from instrument panel trim.
