Replacing Electric Window Lift In Front Doors




Removing And Installing/Replacing Electric Window Lift In Left Or Right Front Door

Special tools required:
- 00 9 310

Remove door window glass.

Remove treble loudspeaker.







Remove plugs (1).
Remove screws (2).
Tightening torque 3 Nm.







Remove bolts (1).
Tightening torque 7 Nm.
Remove bolts (2).
Tightening torque 7 Nm.
Release cables from clips (3) and (4).







Move front regulator rail to enable access to window lift motor.
Disconnect window lift motor connector (1).
Remove window lift mechanism from door.







Replacement only:
Remove screw (1) and remove regulator rail (2) from window lift motor assembly.







Partially remove screws (1).
Insert special tool 00 9 310 to release window lift motor assembly (2) from window lift motor mounting plate (3).
Remove screws (1).
