and Phoenix With Power Steering


TO: ALL PONTIAC DEALERS
General Motors has determined that some 1982-1984 Pontiac 6000, J2000/Sunbird and Phoenix models equipped with power steering may exhibit a temporary reduction of power steering assist when the vehicle is started cold. After a short period of engine operation, full assist is restored.
