Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

SAFARI, GRAND PRIX, BONNEVILLE

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge system refrigerant.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove windshield wipers and wiper stops.
4. Remove evaporator windshield molding and leaf screen.
5. Remove lower windshield molding brackets.
6. Remove bolts from upper half of module case.
7. Disconnect electrical connectors.
8. Remove module cover, then the evaporator core.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
