The cruise control module in the 1985 Fiero has a "remote" controller similar to other Pontiac models..

On page 148 in the 1985 Preliminary Service Information manual for the Fiero, the module is shown as a 1984 system. Attached for your information is a revised 1985 electrical diagram and an illustration on the module location.
