Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

FIERO

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge system refrigerant.
2. Remove relay bracket.
3. Disconnect electrical connectors at module.
4. Disconnect evaporator core tube at accumulator.
5. Disconnect heater hoses at heater core.
6. Remove washer fluid reservoir.
7. Remove blower housing assembly attaching bolts and the housing.
8. Disconnect evaporator to condenser tube.
9. Remove evaporator core.
10. Reverse procedure to install.
