Front Caster and Camber Adjustment

FIREBIRD
Caster and camber can be adjusted by moving the position of the upper strut mount assembly.
1. Remove dust cap and fender bolt.
2. Attach J-29724, using original fender bolt and tighten the turnbuckle, Fig. 2.
3. Loosen three nuts attaching mount assembly.
4. Adjust camber by rotating the turnbuckle to allow the mount assembly to move inboard or outboard, Fig. 3.
5. Adjust the caster by lightly tapping the mount assembly forward or rearward, Fig. 4.
6. When correct camber and caster readings have been obtained to specifications, tighten the three nuts attaching the mount assembly to 20 ft. lbs.
7. Remove tool J-29724, and install fender bolt and dust cap.
