Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair

Fig. 801 EBCM Assembly Removal.:

1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove left front tire and wheel assembly.
2. Remove inner fender retaining screws.
3. Remove screw retaining Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) shield, Fig. 801
4. Slide shield back on harness, then remove EBCM retaining screws.
5. Disconnect EBCM electrical connectors and remove EBCM.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
