Control Assembly Replace



HVAC Control Assembly:




Vacuum Harness Connector:






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Instrument Panel (I/P) trim plate.
2. Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control screws, and slide assembly rearward.
3. Electrical connector.
4. Vacuum harness connector.
5. HVAC control from vehicle.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Vacuum harness connector.
2. Electrical connector to HVAC control.
3. Screws after positioning HVAC control.
- Tighten screws to 1.9 Nm (17 lb. in.).
4. I/P trim plate.
