Oil Level Sensor: Service and Repair
Oil Level Switch:
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT 1.
Ignition "OFF." Raise vehicle.
2.
Drain crankcase.
3.
Electrical connector.
4.
Attaching bolt.
5.
Carefully back out switch.
INSTALL OR CONNECT 1.
Switch in oil pan.
2.
Attaching bolt.
Tighten 6 mm attaching bolt to
8 - 12 Nm (6 - 9 lb. ft.). 3.
Electrical connector.
4.
Refill crankcase.
5.
Lower vehicle.
