Second Repair

IMPORTANT
The following procedures should be utilized in the event that Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM) mounting holes or fasteners are damaged to the extent that the SDM can no longer be properly mounted.

SECOND REPAIR
1. Remove stripped fastener and discard.
2. Use a larger fastener (GM P/N 10267482) with washer (GM P/N 11500305).

TIGHTEN
^ Fastener to 15.0 N.m (134 lb. in.).
Use hand tools only to achieve fastener torque.
This will prevent stripping of the replacement fastener.
