Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Remove negative battery cable.
2. Remove transaxle case side cover. See "Case Side Cover".
3. Remove Pressure switch assembly, (6 bolts).

Important
- Inspect the O-rings for the pressure switch assembly for any damage.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Install the pressure switch assembly making sure all O-rings are in place.
2. Torque the 6 bolts holding the pressure switch assembly to 12 N.m (9 lb. ft.).
3. Install the transaxle case side cover. Refer to "Case Side Cover".
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
5. Refill transaxle with fluid to proper level. See "Oil Level Checking and Fill procedure".
