Manuals through 2025 now available!

Our trusted friends have launched a new website named LEMON, which has newer manuals. It also contains all the CHARM manuals.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Refer to "Torque Steer Diagnosis" table, for information on torque steer. A vehicle will pull or lead in one direction during hard acceleration and will pull or lead in the other direction during deceleration.

INDIVIDUAL TORQUE STEER FACTORS
The following factors may cause torque steer to be more apparent on a particular vehicle:
^ A slightly smaller diameter tire on the right front will increase a right torque lead. Inspect front tires for difference in brand, construction, or size. If the tires appear similar, change the front tires side to side and retest the vehicle. Tire and wheel have the most significant effect on torque steer correction.
^ Large difference in right and left front tire pressure.
