Inflator Module - Replacement

REMOVAL

1. Disable SIR system.
2. Using flat-bladed tool, on the back side of the inflatable restraint steering wheel module, to release the four leaf springs. Gently pull on the module while the leaf springs are released.
3. Electrical connections from inflatable restraint steering wheel module.
4. Inflatable restraint steering wheel module.

Installation

1. Electrical connections to inflatable restraint steering wheel module.
2. Inflatable restraint steering wheel module until it "snaps" into place.
3. Enable SIR system.
