Heater And A/C Programmer:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Vacuum and side electrical connector from programmer.
2. Temperature valve link rod.
^ Reach up through PCM bracket to gain access to rod.
3. Programmer attaching screws.
4. Temperature valve actuator connector.
^ Reach up through PCM bracket to gain access to connector.
5. Programmer.

Install or Connect

1. Programmer in position.
2. Temperature valve actuator connector.
^ Reach up through PCM bracket to gain access to connector.
3. Programmer attaching screws.

Tighten
^ Screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb. in.).

4. Electrical and vacuum connectors.
5. Temperature valve link rod to air mix valve.

Adjust
^ Temperature valve link rod alter installation.
