Inflator Module - Replacement

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system.
2. Two screws from the back of the steering wheel using a Hex Head driver (or equivalent).
3. Connector position assurance (CPA) and electrical connection from rear of inflator module.
4. Inflator module.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. CPA to rear of inflator module.
2. Inflator module to steering wheel and four screws through back of steering wheel.
^ Tighten screws to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
3. Enable the SIR system.
