System Description

IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to disassemble the generator. If the generator becomes inoperative, replace the generator.

The CS-type generator uses an internal regulator. This regulator has built-in fault detection.
The vehicle uses a model CS-130D generator. The CS-130D generator uses the following components:
- A delta stator
- A rectifier bridge
- A rotor with slip rings and brushes
A conventional pulley and dual internal fans cool the slip ring end frame, the rectifier bridge, and the regulator.
