Power Windows Inoperative - Lockout Function

TEST DESCRIPTION
The number(s) below refer to the step number(s) on the diagnostic table.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that the passenger window lockout option is selected as ON in the vehicle owner customization menu.

If the window lockout selection is OFF, set it to ON and verify that the fault is still present.
2. This step determines if the DDM recognizes the lockout switch input.
3. This step determines if the indicator is operating properly.
