Temperature Valve Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the HVAC module.
2. Remove the evaporator core.
3. Unclip the link end of the temperature valve shaft.
4. Remove the temperature valve from the module. Complete the following steps:
4.1. Slide the valve to the right.
4.2. Pull down on the valve in order to remove the link end of the valve.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the temperature valve to the module. Complete the following steps:
1.1. Insert the link end of the valve into the module.
1.2. Push up on the valve into the module in order to seat the valve.
2. Clip the link end of the temperature valve shaft.
3. Install the evaporator core.
4. Install the HVAC module.
