Heater Control Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System.
2. Remove the heater hoses.
3. Remove the clamps and the heater hoses from the heater water flow control/bypass valve.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the heater hoses and clamps on the heater water flow control/bypass valve.
2. Install the heater hoses.
3. Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System.
