Daytime Running Lamp Control Unit: Service and Repair




REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the LH Instrument Panel (IP) insulator.
3. Grasp the Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) module and slide it upward to release the module tabs from the retaining slots on the BCM bracket; reposition the module.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the DRL module and remove the module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connectors to the DRL module.
2. Position the DRL module to the BCM bracket, then slide the module downward to secure the module tabs into the retaining slots on the bracket.
3. Install the LH IP insulator.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
