Wiper Motor Cover Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the wiper arms.
2. Remove the plenum chamber water deflector.
3. Remove the three screws and the wiper motor cover from the wiper motor.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions

1. Install the wiper motor cover onto the wiper motor with the three screws.

Tighten
Tighten the three screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

2. Install the plenum chamber water deflector.
3. Install the wiper arms.
4. Operate the wipers and inspect for proper operation.
