Vent Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the vent hose clamp (2) from the vent hose (1).
3. Release the grommet securing the vent hose to the vehicle underbody.
4. Remove the vent hose from the differential assembly vent tube by carefully twisting the hose.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the vent hose (1) to the differential assembly.
2. Install the vent hose clamp (2) to the vent hose.
3. Secure the grommet on the vent hose to the vehicle underbody.
4. Lower the vehicle.
