Seat Back Frame Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the seat back cushion cover.
2. Remove the seat back pad from the seat back frame.
3. Disconnect the lumbar support from the seat back frame, if required.
4. Remove the seat back recliner bolts.
5. Remove the seat back frame from the seat back recliner.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the seat back frame to the seat back recliner.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the seat back recliner bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Install the lumbar support to the seat back frame, if required.
4. Install the seat back pad to the seat back frame.
5. Install the seat back cushion cover.
