Fog/Driving Lamp Switch: Service and Repair

FOG LAMP SWITCH REPLACEMENT - FRONT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel cluster (IPC) trim plate from the instrument panel (IP). Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - IP Cluster in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fog lamp switch.
3. Using a small flat-bladed tool, carefully release the retaining tabs on the IPC trim plate.
4. Remove the fog lamp switch from the IPC trim plate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Align the fog lamp switch to the IPC trim plate, then press into place to secure.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the fog lamp switch.
3. Install the IPC trim plate to the IP. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - IP Cluster in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
