Mirror Replacement - Power

Removal Procedure





1. Unclip and remove the inner mirror garnish (6) from the door.
2. Remove the front side door trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Service and Repair) .
3. Disconnect the front upper speaker electrical connector (5), if equipped.
4. Disconnect the outside rearview mirror electrical connector (2).
5. Remove the following components from the door:

* The 3 nuts
* The front upper speaker (3), if equipped.
* The outside rearview mirror (1)




Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the outside rearview mirror (1) to the door and the front upper speaker (3),if equipped. Secure the mirror with the 3 nuts.

Tighten the outside rearview mirror nuts to 8 N.m (6 lb ft).

2. Connect the front upper speaker electrical connector (5),if equipped.
3. Connect the outside rearview mirror electrical connector (2).
4. Install the inner mirror garnish (6) to the door.
5. Install the front side door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Service and Repair) .
