Weatherstrip Replacement - Lift Gate Window

Removal Procedure

1. Open the liftgate window.




2. Remove the lift gate window struts. Refer to Strut Replacement - Lift Gate Window (Strut Replacement - Liftgate Window) .
3. Starting at the corner of the liftgate flange, pull the weather-strip molding from the liftgate.



Installation Procedure





1. Push the ends of the weather-strip onto the liftgate flange corners.
2. Push the weather-strip molding onto the flange along the entire length of the liftgate.
3. Install the lift gate window struts. Refer to Strut Replacement - Lift Gate Window (Strut Replacement - Liftgate Window) .
4. Close the lift gate window.
