Headlamp Replacement







Removal Procedure
1. Raise the hood.
2. Remove the front bumper fascia assembly.
3. Remove the upper radiator shroud.
4. If removing the right hand headlamp assembly, it may be necessary to remove the battery to gain access.
5. Disconnect the turn signal wire harness connector (1) and the headlamp wiring harness connector (4).
6. Remove the 3 headlamp retaining bolts (2).
7. Remove the headlamp assembly (5) from the vehicle (3).
8. Remove the high beam bulb from the headlamp assembly, if necessary.
9. Remove the low beam bulb from the headlamp assembly, if necessary.
10. Remove the park/turn signal lamp bulb from the headlamp assembly, if necessary.








Installation Procedure
1. Install the park/turn signal lamp bulb to the headlamp assembly, if removed.
2. Install the low beam bulb to the headlamp assembly, if removed.
3. Install the high beam bulb to the headlamp assembly, if removed.
4. Position the headlamp assembly (5) to the vehicle (3).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

5. Install the 3 headlamp retaining bolts (2).

Tighten the headlamp retaining bolts to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

6. Connect the headlamp wiring harness connector (4) and the turn signal wire harness connector.
7. Install the battery, if removed.
8. Install the upper radiator shroud.
9. Install the front bumper fascia assembly.
10. Aim headlamps, if necessary.
11. Close the hood.
