ROOF SIDE RAIL LAMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Using a small, flat-bladed tool, remove the cover of the coat hook access hole from the roof side rail lamp.
2. Using a small, flat-bladed tool, remove the cover from the lamp.
3. Remove the screws from the lamp.




4. Remove the lamp from the roof.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the lamp.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connectors to the roof side rail lamp.
2. Install the lamp to the roof.




3. Install the screws to the lamp.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the cover to the lamp.
5. Install the cover of the coat hook access hole on the lamp.
