Filler Tube Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the fluid level indicator.
2. Remove the filler tube bracket bolt.
3. Remove the filler tube from the transaxle.
4. Inspect the filler tube O-ring for cuts or other damage. Replace as necessary.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the filler tube into the transaxle. Seat the filler tube fully.
2. Install the fluid fill tube bracket bolt into the fluid filler tube bracket.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the filler tube bracket bolt.
^ Tighten the filler tube bracket bolt to 5.5 Nm (49 inch lbs.).

4. Install the fluid level indicator into the filler tube.
5. Refill the transaxle, as necessary.
