Lumbar Support Knob Replacement



LUMBAR SUPPORT KNOB REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the retaining screw cap (3) from the lumbar support knob.
2. Remove the lumbar support knob retaining screw (2).
3. Remove the lumbar support knob from the lumbar support shaft, then remove the lumbar support deflector ring (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the lumbar support deflector ring (1), then install the lumbar support knob to the lumbar support shaft.
2. Install the lumbar support knob retaining screw (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the lumbar support knob retaining screw to 3.5 N.m (31 lb in).

3. Install the retaining screw cap (3) to the lumbar support knob.
