Input Shaft Disassemble




1. Place the input shaft assembly (13) in a vise.
2. Unscrew and remove the input shaft bearing bolt/screw (100).




3. Using a press tube (1) and a press plate, remove the input shaft bearing assembly (101).
4. Remove the 6th gear (102).
5. Remove the 4th gear (103).
6. Remove the input shaft spacer (104).




7. Using a press tube (1) and a press plate, remove the 5th gear (105).




8. Using a pinion fixture and an input shaft bearing puller ring, remove the input shaft bearing assembly (107).
