Driver/Vehicle Information Display: Service and Repair



Driver Information Center Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Use a plastic trim tool to remove the ignition switch bezel.




2. Pull the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim plate rearward.




3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the driver information display assembly.




4. Remove the driver information display screws.
5. Remove the driver information display.

Installation Procedure




1. Place the driver information display on the I/P accessory trim plate.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the driver information display screws.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




3. Connect the electrical connector to the driver information display.




4. Press the I/P accessory trim plate to the I/P.




5. Install the ignition switch bezel.
