Seat Back Recliner Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the passenger front seat assembly.
2. Remove the passenger front seat back assembly (1).
3. Remove the outer and inner seat back recliner trim panels (8).
4. Remove the bolts (6) from the seat back recliner (5).
5. Remove seat back recliner (5) from the seat back assembly (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the seat back recliner (5) to the seat back assembly (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the bolts (6) to the seat back recliner (5).

Tighten the bolts (6) to 43 N.m (32 lb ft).

3. Install the inner and outer seat back recliner trim panels (8).
4. Install the passenger seat back assembly (1).
5. Install the passenger front seat assembly.
